What server should I be logging in with?

If trader is on Joule Direct = jouledirect, jouledirectradianz or jouledirectprivate.

The server type may depend on your connection. For example, if you user BT Radianz or Colt.

How do I map an upstream to my account?

Can I kill my own session?

Can I change my username?

Contact support@Trayport.com.

To note, only your full name can be changed. Login ID cannot be changed.

Can I run Tradesignal on two or more different machines with one login?

No.
