David Robinette

David serves as the Head of People, Europe at Trayport, where he is responsible for leading people strategy and workforce transformation across the company’s European operations.

David brings extensive global experience in financial services and capital markets infrastructure to the role. Prior to joining Trayport, he spent nearly eleven years at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), holding senior leadership positions such as Director of People Business Partnering (Operations) and Director of HR Business Management. During his time at LSEG, he was instrumental in the strategic establishment and growth of the Group’s Business Services Centre in Bucharest, Romania.

Prior to LSEG he held strategic HR Business Partner roles at CPP Investments in Toronto. He also previously worked within the TMX Group ecosystem, managing HR functions for the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. David holds credentials from Queen’s University and Humber College.
