Highlights from 2024
We kicked off the year by launching our new monthly competition, which saw London employees enjoy lunch out with a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT).
We were delighted to be headline sponsor at CodeCrafts in Vienna.
The London team completed the Three Peaks Challenge, totalling an impressive 23 miles in distance and 3,064 meters in ascent against the elements within 24 hours!
They raised over £12,000 already for Autistica, a UK based charity engaged in funding and campaigning for research on autism and related conditions.
We brought ‘Bloomfest: Festival of Learning’ to our Trayport Offices.
Throughout the month, we held live peer-to-peer sessions and shared curated resources and recommendations with our employees, focusing on all things learning and growing.
The Vienna office celebrated the completion of a significant migration project.
We hosted our first ever Women in Trading event in London.
Meanwhile, the Vienna Running team successfully completed the Energie Business Run!
Team Impact raised money for the Kings Trust, completing a 45 and 90 miles circle from London to Windsor!
We hosted our own annual benefits fair for our London employees, as we prioritise our people through a comprehensive benefits package.
Teams from across the globe celebrated Christmas at our different office locations!
