Together To Make An Impact

We journey with our people to further develop their gifts and talents while working together to positively impact those less fortunate and in need. Whether it’s taking part in our charitable events, such as renovating gardens or supporting a local city farm, raising money for a good cause or mentoring high school students, we partner with our people to give back.

Impact Days

We want our people to be able to give back to the causes that matter to them. Each of our staff has 2 days each year to give their time to a cause they care about.

Payroll Giving

Staff can donate to the charity of their choice with donations deducted from gross pay. Not only is this a tax-efficient way to donate but we cover 100% of the administration cost.

Trayport Matching

Trayport support employees raising funds for registered charities by matching contributions made by Trayport employees and will match up to £500 per person, per calendar year.

Impact Days 2023

Each year we invite our people to make an impact and see what difference they can make within our local communities.

  • UK  – In London a team of volunteers visited Little Village, a charity that collects donations of pre-loved items to pass them onto families that need them. The team spent the day in their Hounslow warehouse, sorting and packing parcels so they were ready to be gifted to families across the city.
  • Singapore – Our Singapore colleagues lent a helping hand to the National Kidney Foundation by organising and preparing medical packs that are essential to their patients dialysis treatment needs.
  • Austria – Our team in Vienna came together in support of Samariter Suppentopf, an initiative that provides warm and high-quality meals to those in poverty who can barely afford essentials.
